To courageously be yourself with another person, even when you’re afraid.
I believe that relationships create and heal us. But to build them, we must first feel safe in our own skin.
That’s why we come back to ourselves… so we can approach another person with heart, not fear.
I teach how to take care of ourselves without guilt. How to come back to ourselves gently, courageously, in harmony with our own rhythm. How to find balance in a world that never stops demanding.

I am a counsellor and companion to women who want to find peace, strength, and truth within themselves.
I don’t work therapeutically. I choose the path of empathetic support, education, and mindfulness.
I help women build relationships based on respect and understanding—first with themselves, and then with others.
